By using Market Lens — the mlens.ai website and its subdomains (crypto.mlens.ai, stocks.mlens.ai, analyzer.mlens.ai) and the @Mlens_bot Telegram bot — you agree to the following terms. The service is intended for persons 18 years or older.
Market Lens is an analytical tool. Every report is informational and educational: conditional scenarios ("if… then…"), levels, invalidation, and the reasoning behind them. It is not personalized investment advice, not a trading signal, and not an instruction to execute. We are not a broker, we do not execute orders, and we do not hold your assets. The decision and the responsibility are always yours.
Trading cryptocurrency and other market instruments involves significant risk, including total loss of funds; leverage amplifies losses. Reports may contain inaccuracies; data is provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or service availability. We are not responsible for trading or investment decisions made based on the reports. Past observations do not guarantee future results.
Reports are generated by an automated analytical system (algorithms plus artificial-intelligence models) based on market data. Such analysis has inherent limitations: it may contain interpretation errors, may not reflect real-time news and events, and does not "know" your financial situation. The system's output is a structured hypothesis about market conditions, not a prediction. Always verify key data yourself before making any decision.
By using the service you confirm that: (1) you are at least 18 years old; (2) using cryptocurrency analytics services and paying in cryptocurrency is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction — verifying this is your responsibility; (3) you are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory and are not listed on any sanctions list (including OFAC SDN and the EU and UK sanctions lists). We may restrict access from specific jurisdictions and refuse service where these conditions are violated.
Sign-in is available via Google, an email magic link, or Telegram. One account works across all mlens.ai subdomains (single sign-on). You are responsible for access to your Google/email/Telegram accounts. We may restrict an account in case of abuse.
Payment is made in cryptocurrency via the OxaPay payment provider. Subscriptions activate automatically once the payment is confirmed (usually within minutes). There is no auto-renewal — access remains until the end of the paid period. Daily request limits depend on your plan; if an analysis fails due to a technical error, the consumed credit is refunded automatically. Payments for a started period are non-refundable; contact support for payment issues.
The following are prohibited: reselling or mass-rebroadcasting reports, automated scraping, circumventing limits, and attempts to disrupt the service.
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its update date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
