Market Lens ("we", "our") operates the mlens.ai website and its subdomains (crypto.mlens.ai, stocks.mlens.ai, analyzer.mlens.ai) and the @Mlens_bot Telegram bot. This page describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how to delete it.
Depending on how you sign in and use the service: (1) Telegram — your ID, username, and name; we do not access your messages or contacts. (2) Google sign-in — your account email, name, and avatar. (3) Email magic-link sign-in — your email address. (4) Subscription and payments — plan, amount, and transaction status from the OxaPay payment provider; we do not store card data or wallet private keys. (5) Usage data — request counters (daily limits) and analysis history required to operate the service.
Data is used solely to provide the service: single sign-on across mlens.ai subdomains, subscription identification, limit tracking, report delivery, and support. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiling. Requests to AI models contain market data, not your personal data.
To operate the service we use: Railway and Vercel (hosting and database), Google (OAuth sign-in), Resend (magic-link email delivery), OxaPay (crypto payment processing), Telegram (bot and sign-in). Each processor receives only the data required for its function.
We use a single functional cookie — mlens_session (httpOnly) — for single sign-on across *.mlens.ai domains. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
Account data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact support — deletion is completed within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer where required for accounting or tax purposes. You may also request a copy of your data.
